Ailsa Global Private Limited provides security and technology solutions including but not limited to CCTV surveillance, access control, biometric systems, networking, fire alarms, and maintenance services. All services are subject to separate service agreements and quotations.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Prices are subject to change based on product availability, scope changes, and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed upon signing of the service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Ailsa Global Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Warranties
Products supplied carry manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Installation workmanship is warranted as per the terms of the individual service agreement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party products or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ailsa Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
